ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
As all prices are subject to change, we occasionally have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order and your order may be put on hold. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation signifies our receipt of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Every product you buy from us is backed only by the product manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, we will accept at our sole and unfettered discretion qualified and conforming products for refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any request for return of product must be made through an RMA (Return Material Authorization) filled out on the website. Once received, a response will be sent to the customer with the result within 48 hours. We will accept product returns at our sole discretion, reserving the right to deny product returns. All products must be returned in original box in returnable and re-sellable condition. Items are not returnable once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. All parts must be present. Once a return has been inspected by us, we reserve the right to then deny that return and send the product back to the customer’s location at customer’s expense. All requests for return of custom made product will be declined. Special order parts may be declined, or may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charge to return to the original vendor. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges. All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned and clearly labelled on the packaging.
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the product. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein.

Your credit card is charged immediately upon paying for your order. For any payment issues, please contact our Office at (800) 309-2284. All orders will be held for customer until all items are complete. We are not responsible for any product once it has left the warehouse.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) authentication to guarantee the confidentiality of online transactions made on our site. SSL authentication and encryption of the information that you send to us over the Internet help protect your online transaction information from third party interception. We never display your full credit card number once it has been entered. We will only reveal the last four digits of your credit card for verification purposes. We urge you to protect your own privacy. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone or share your password in an unsolicited phone call or e-mail.
